bought this unit new and have taken care of the engine. the coach does have some normal wear and tear from everyday use. captains chair and dinette have cracking in the upholstery. the exterior has a scratch that has damaged the driver side cargo doors but they still open and close fine just aesthetic. im selling for what i was offered for a consignment from CW. this is way under market valve. it sits in a covered garage when not traveling so paint and roof are in good shape. it needs some work to really be up to par but runs great and has serviced us well we just upgraded to a bigger rig as my famliy out grew this. we didnt live in it full time but traveled a lot in it including cross country. bought my new rig from RV trader and had a great experince so hoping i have the same luck selling this one. i have title in hand to make it s smooth transaction also.
