This 2021 Coachmen Catalina Expedition 192 FQS with 5,000 miles was purchased new in July of 2021. It's Maiden Voyage was in August of 2021 with just around 4,000 Miles. It was a 3 week trek from Asheville, NC to Moab, UT with several stops along the way and back. The 2nd trip was from Asheville, NC to Wareham, MA with a total of about 950 miles. The Trailer is currently here in Wareham, MA hooked up to Shore power through a 12/3 gauge extension cord. The unit was Winterized in August of 2022 and has remained Winterized to protect it from the cold New England Winters (although, it wasn't much of a "typical" winter here this year). I have been staying full time in the Trailer since arriving here in September 2022. As you can see from the pictures, I installed a skirt around the bottom made from pallets, lined it with Reflictix and plastic sheating. Underneath there is also R30 Unfaced Insulation covering the entire bottom.

The unit is in great shape inside and out; everything is in working order. There are a couple of small items that I will disclose upfront (PLEASE EMAIL ME TO LEARN MORE) and I have also included pictures for you to see. Includes all items that you see here in picture #27 & #28 including the Fastway e2 Trunnion Weight Distribution Kit with Sway Control which would retail for around $600.
