The basement storage floor has been replaced due to a leak from the hose flange that soaked into the insulation under the floor. This was a manufacturer defect in the hose flange that has been corrected. The insulation and pressed wood was completely replaced with new insulation and 3/4 inch plywood flooring along with a plank floor overlay. Pictures have been included of before and after.
