2006 Monaco Knight 40PLQ. Roadmaster chassis, 120,000 miles. Original owner. Good condition. Regular maintenance performed each year. Records available along with any services done. New batteries and alternator. However - 1) Stabilizer jacks have been removed. New ones would have to be added if you want these. Individual jacks are about $600 each from Etrailer.com. A whole system with four jacks and an automatic stabilizer device is about $3500 from Etrailer.com. These are "Do it yourself" prices. Don't know how much it would cost for a shop to do it 2) Air system has a slow leak that causes the unit to settle lower to the ground after parked over time. This can cause the steps to touch the ground. Not sure where the leak is. 3) Microwave oven does not work. A new one costs about $180. 4) Icemaker in frig does not work. The replacement part is about $150. Have to see to appreciate!
