Large central kitchen with slide, residential fridge, 3 burner gas range, residential over the range microwave. Rear bedroom and bath with king size bed platform. Everything works and it is 100% ready to go and fully loaded with all the creature comforts like icemaker, outdoor fridge and TV, central stereo with bluetooth, awning with LED lighting, etc. it has a 12 gallon hot water heater so you never run out of hot water. Runs on electric or gas and provides near continuous hot water. Large tanks (66 fresh, 80 grey, 40 black). Huge pass through basement storage. Has inverter wired to run fridge while driving.

Recent work in the past 2 years:
-4 new trojan deep cycle house batteries 1 year ago.
-Splendide vented washer/dryer combo installed last year, works awesome.
-4 brand new Hercules steel belted radial tires 2 years ago.
-All wheel bearings replaced with Dexter OEM parts and repacked last year.
-Front AC unit was replaced 2 years ago.
-Roof was coated 2 years ago.
-Left and Right side spotlights replaced with new LED units.
-new memory foam queen mattress (bed platform will accommodate a king sized mattress also)
