Runs well. Brakes are good, transmission perfect. Engine has 50,550 miles , we bought it from the original owners from our neighborhood in MN. No mechanical issues. Inside everything works. Stove, furnace, ac, water pump, toilet, shower, sewage, everything works good. Fridge/freezer clean, cold. Awning works, but old and musty. Includes screen porch that is extremely complicated and ridiculous but maybe that's exactly your jam.
Lights, queen bed in back, middle table turns into bed, above cab I rebuilt and is much better than original.
A/c runs quiet, regular or high. Window seals are failing on drivers side and back. No leaks!
Roof is intact, has never leaked. Full size spare in good shape. 30 foot cord with 110 adapter as well. Ladder to roof is solid. Roof is intact, has never leaked.
Never been smoked in and we knew the original owners. No smells at all. Insanely positive vibe, and that's an understatement.
