Has about 3,000 total miles on the trailer, only selling as our family has outgrown it with our kids getting older. Have made several additions to include second air conditioning installed in bedroom, Lippert JT Strong Arm Stabilizer Kit, Furrion Vision S 4 Camera System, BAL Hide-a-Spare (moved spare tire from rear to underneath storage), Maxxair Vent Covers, Lippert Thin Shade, and Camco insect screen guards. Also includes 14K pound Equal-i-zer Sway Control Hitch (with 6 inch drop shank), Anderson Manufacturing ultimate leveling kit, 50 amp Southwire surge guard with wireless monitoring screen, and Ultra-Fab Super Grip Chock set for extra stability. Finally, it comes with all of the necessary items need to hook up to include: power adapters, water hoses (regular and tank rinse out hoses as well as quick connect hose for spray port) with flexible hose adapters, water hose splitter, water pressure regulator, water filters with flexible hose adapter, sewer hoses and connections, sewer hose support (as required by some campgrounds), wheel covers, electric jack cover, camping mat, and storage totes inside pass through for electrical, water, sewer components.
