2013 Coachman Pursuit 31BDP built by Forest River w/only 16,970 miles. Built on the Ford F53 truck chasis using their Triton V10 engine. The Cummings generator has only 58 hours on it and performs well. We are the second owners, retired, non-smoking, with no pets. The unit is super clean and runs like new with everthing working fine . I have added two layers of sound deadening to the cab area for a quiter ride, a custom folding navigation table, LED lighting interior and LED driving and backup lighting. It has wood trim thru out, a separate faucet and water tank for drinking and a tire pressure monitor system. The rack on the back will carry a motorcycle up to 500 pounds or could also be used as a bicycle rack. The rack can be removed by one bolt. With 2 slides, the interior is roomy and yet at only 32 ft at length, it will fit most state parks. The a/c and heat work great and all holding tanks are heated for year round camping. The living area provides recliners which face the LCD flatscreen TV. Additionally, the bedroom has a flatscreen TV, a walk around bed w/ a comfy mattress, end tables on both sides and his and her large closets and plenty of drawer space. It has a nice, roomy split bathroom which has a toilet and sink on one side and a shower on the other. It has a walk thru to both sides which can be closed off for privacy from the bedroom, living area or both. The kitchen has a Dometic Refrig/Freezer which is LP gas, or 120 volt. It has a 3 burner stove w/ oven and a Magic Chef microwave w/ exhaust fan below, double statinless steel sink, pantry closet and a sliding peninsula which adds storage and counter space. There is also a U shaped dinette which converts to a double bed. In the cab area, both captain seats can swivel to be used as part of the living area. Above the cab area is a power drop down bunk w/ladder which comfortably sleeps two.
