Very well maintained; first owner had it in Texas used mostly in Texas and had a cover for it. We are in New Mexico and have stored at our home under cloth cover. We purchased it to see if the RV travel was for us. Largest our tow vehicle would handle. Now we are ready to move to larger unit and vehicle. Dry wieght 2500 lbs. and GVWR is 3500. I belive the delivered weight was about 2650 lbs. ( includs all the factory extras )
