2014 Sunset Trail in good condition, we really enjoyed it, just time to move on. Normal wear for a 8 year old camper. Price reflects replacement cost for a new couch if that is what you want. Everything works and it's a good camper. The two slides are really nice and makes it spacious inside. We are just done camping for a while. Thanks
