Country Aire Camping Resort is a small, family owned Campground / Bar & Grill surrounded by 30 sq. miles (yes - miles) of public hunting land and is very close to the Sandhill Wildlife Refuge and the Cranfest grounds in Warrens. It includes 40 sites (33 Seasonal & 7 Overnight), all have electric, 39 have water. Septic is holding tanks. There are also 2 campers the sellers use as rental units. There is a very nice 3 bed / 1 bath home above the office-bar-grill. There is also a 24 x 32 garage and a 13 x 20 Shelter-Logic carport. Ammenities include a Swimming Pool / Pond / Playground & Bath House. They have a full liquor license and serve pre-packaged food.
