Lake Hilbert Campground sets on 32+ acres, has 112 campsites, 7 cabins and 2 rental campers. There are about 10 acres yet to be developed and it comes with a nice 3 bed / 2 bath home built in 2014 and a 30'x40' pole building. It is adjacent to Lake Hilbert Township Park and you (and your campers) can walk right to it. There is a very nice restaurant & camp store and you will not believe the ice cream & food sales from the park patrons that wander over for a treat. The county ATV Trail runs right next to the campground making it a destination for ATV enthusiasts. The seasonal rates are low ($1,600) making it easy to generate more income without any added expense. This fantastic campground has great numbers and deserves a serious look.
