We have decided to buy a home again and we no longer need this size of a RV and truck and want to sell them on or about Oct 15th, the closing on the home. Truck and RV located about 50 miles north of Albuquerque, New Mexico. RV is a 2006 Elite Suites 36TK3, although only 2 years old as it was purchased new in July 2007.

Fiberglass roof, double pane windows, silkscreen windows, 15" frame, 8000# axles with H rated tires, Two 15K A/C's, Hydraulic jacks, Granite countertops, Oven w/cooktop, convection m/w, King-size bed, Kenmore washer and dryer, Slideout awnings, Electric Patio Awning, window awnings and rear window sunscreen. This rig is heavy and loaded for full timing it will be close to the rated 20,000 pounds and we want to offer our truck and RV together as a package.

Truck is a 2001 Ford F550 Starhauler and is a nice match for the trailer. We have been from the Atlantic to the Pacific and the Gulf of Mexico and the truck and trailer handle the roads nicely together. Truck has the 7.3 PSD and a 4:88 rear axle so the torque is there to handle a heavy load. It has Kelderman Air Ride, Trailer Saver Air Hitch, 2 Fuel tanks, Extra large Tranny Cooler, Star hauler Bed, new looking Michelin tires, and a Banks Exhaust Brake for coming down those steep grades. I have had many comments that the truck looks like a new one although it has 197K miles and has no known problems. 10 MPG towing, 13.5 MPG solo.
