We purchased this unit brand new and it has always been garage kept, we only used it 3 times, it is perfect condition, we upgraded the theater seats to wider 67" Amish made Lambright Elite electric ultra leather theater seating (cost $3,700) we also have the original seats and the tables that attach to the wall (see photos), the options included are the bedroom TV, slide toppers, electric stabilizer jacks, and dual batteries, this is a quality unit, we have loved it and there is absolutely nothing wrong with it our life circumstances have changed is the only reason we are selling.
