This DRV Mobile Suites is a luxurious Fifth Wheel trailer that exudes quality and craftsmanship. The spacious interior with real wood cabinetry was designed to provide a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience while on the road. It has matching tan leather look couch and love seat -{that is only 2 years old and in perfect condition} with each individual seat being able to extend out to make a very comfortable foot rest allowing for comfortable TV viewing or enjoying your favorite book.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances which consists of dishwasher, residential 3 door refrigerator, 3 burner electric stovetop with oven, and a microwave. You won't ever have to worry about going to the laundry since you have a washer and dryer in fine working order and located in the hallway and not taking up precious closet space.  This DRV also has a central vacuum system. The bathroom has electric flush toilet and the bedroom is equipped with a very comfortable KING sleep number bed. 
This Fifth Wheel also has an onboard generator. so if your electricity ever goes out, you've got it covered. We replaced an air conditioner in April, 2025.
This DRV was designed to withstand the rigors of travel and provide years of dependable use... it carries up to 100 gallons of fresh water, 75 gallons of grey water and 50 gallons of black water. We have enjoyed owning this DRV and hope it finds the next owner who will enjoy it just as much.
