This teardrop camper is lightly used and is in excellent condition. We are the second owners. It was ordered with the following options:

1. Rough Rider Package (15" offroad tires, 2.5" axle riser).

2. One-hundred-watt flexible solar panel mounted on roof.

3. Rear window (sometimes called the stargazer window).

The camper dimensions are:

· 17'2" long x 6'9" wide x 9'1" high, and the interior height is 6'.

· The dry weight is 2320 lbs., GVWR is 3500 lbs.

· Freshwater capacity is 20-gal, grey water 30 gal, and black water 9 gal.

In addition, the camper is equipped with the following features:

· Wet bath with a porcelain toilet

· 13500 BTU roof mount A/C

· 16000 BTU furnace

· 8" deep kitchen sink

· 2 burner glass top stove

· Microwave oven

· 5 cubic foot double door 3-way Norcold fridge

· Stereo with CD/DVD player with inside and outside speakers

· a TV mounting bracket outside on the front side of trailer

The camper came with the awning that I call the ball cap brim. After we got the camper, we ordered the tent room that attaches to the Keder rail on the front side of the camper. It more than doubles the living space you have while camping and was well worth the money it cost us ($799 plus tax and shipping).

We also have made the following improvements to the camper:

1. I added lock hasps to the outside of the aluminum storage box on the tongue (battery & lp gas tank inside) and put cables and padlocks on it to secure it.

2. We added a Lagun table bracket/mount/table in the rear of the camper. We still have the table that came with the camper. It sits on the floor between the beds and took up too much space for our liking.

3. We changed out the 19" Jensen DC powered TV with a new 24" Vizio smart TV. We still have the original TV that came with the camper.

4. I replaced the fixed temperature water heater thermostat with one that is adjustable. The water heater was getting so hot that it caused the thermal safety

device to blow and stop the water heater from operating. That has not happened again since changing the thermostat.

The following additional accessories will be included with the purchase of the camper:

· 2 folding 100watt solar panels that can be hooked to your battery at your campsite to assist the roof mounted solar panel in keeping the battery charged.

· 2 tire/wheel protective covers

· a portable Rhino sewage tank on wheels and all hoses/fittings

· a portable electric heater to use if you don't want to use the LP furnace while camping

· And various other camping supplies/items.
