Four 12 volt 200 amp lithium batteries for power storage. Also included; a 2800 amp gas powered generator. Never run out of electrical power. Magic Chef refrigerator with freezer compartment, Gas powered cook stove. Overhead vent with fan. 36" (corner to corner) Samsung smart TV. Rooftop antennae pulls in 25 over the air channels. Tablo signal convertor and 2 channel DVR. Stationary single bed with ample storage underneath. Solar shower. Toilet with disposable 3 mil bags. I have been living in it in Huntington Beach for almost 2 years. Have an annual State Park pass which allows me to park in the lots south of Beach Blvd 6 am till 10pm year round. At night I rotate around 8 quiet spots on city streets. Looks like a commercial vehicle from the outside and a FUNky one person home on the inside.
