Hi, I bought this new in 2019. Mainly used to take the grandkids camping. They have grown up some and don't really have time to camp. It's too big for me now.

With a 2019 model year, this RV is practically brand new with only 5530 miles on the odometer.

Everything works as it should. I've had it inspected and tires and roof are good. New battery in the Ford E450 cab. Oil changed. Generator inspected, it's good. Automatic slide out, and Automatic Leveling system, both good.

The vehicle is easy to drive(they tell you to just drive it like a truck). Has cruise control and camera shows lane when changing.

There is some minor exterior damage. Pictures shown.

I've included some extra things you should have for a motor home that you wouldn't have to get because I've included with the price. Tool kit, kids life jackets, outdoor rug. 12' x 16', chairs, patio tables, outdoor shower, kids life jackets, water hoses, electric power cords, inflatable battery operated boats and oars sun umbrella, ice maker etc.
