This RV is in good condition with us being the only owner. We lived in it full time for 5 years while we traveled across the country volunteering and workamping. The unit has been well maintained by addressing factory warranties and issues as needed as well as adding upgrades when we could. Upgrades include: residential queen mattress; porcelain toilet; residential kitchen faucet; disk brakes; exhaust fans behind refrigerator to aid cooling; changed gray tank cables with electric valves; replaced microwave oven.

There are a few signs of wear, such as the faus leather furniture and some trim. Otherwise it has served us well and is still a solid RV. We are looking to downsize and will look at all offers.
