Excellent condition. Sleeps 4. Air conditioner. TV, 3 New tires 2024 (time replacement, not due to wear), new water pump, two propane tanks, new seal on front window, low mileage, new refrigerator control panel, and bearings packed 2024. Electric tongue jack. Windows on all 4 sides. Lighted awning. Exterior shower. Interior bathroom and shower. Can be pulled with an SUV. 

We upgraded to a bigger Lance. Love them!
