2021 Grand Design Solitude 390RK, pre-Covid timeline build.

8000lb axels, disc brakes, 3 air conditioners, washer/dryer hook-ups, central vac, prepped for solar and cameras. All slide toppers and awning like new. Brand new tires. New batteries. New microwave. Slide issues corrected by Grand Design. No other known issues, the only reason we are selling is because we moved from AZ to VA and are so busy with a home restoration that it just sits in the garage. Seeking a quick sale. Bought new in 2021, camper remained stationary in a fully covered location the entire time (minus one local Grand Design rally trip) while we lived fulltime as camp hosts. My husband and I are both tall people and even with our dog we had plenty of space to live comfortably. The layout is very well defined, so it feels more like a small apartment than a camper.

So much room!

Enter the living room complete with 2 recliners, 2 pull out sofas, large smart TV and electric fireplace for those chilly mornings. One sofa was removed and placed in storage to make room for a 71 desk, sofa now returned and is brand new the recliners and 2nd sofa were covered all the time but do show wear and tear. Fireplace unit pulls out to reveal huge secret storage area.

3 steps up take you into rear kitchen with center island and breakfast bar. Large enough for 2 people (who love to cook), to function at the same time, oven big enough for a turkey. Lots of cabinet storage and large pantry.

Up front you will pass more cabinets and central vac. The bathroom has a porcelain toilet, linen closet, large glass door shower and 2 sinks. Faucets have been replaced with new better functioning design.

Front bedroom king-size bed with storage below, 2 huge closets and w/d hook ups. Dresser has additional hidden storage and new smart TV above.

Outside storage access is massive including rear pull out compartment.
