This 2021 Surveyor 240 BHLE Sleeps up to 5 comfortably. The oversized double-size bunks are a great addition for the little ones, and the Murphy RV queen bed at the front of the unit is both comfortable and functional because it can convert into a sofa for extra seating during the day, yet easily converts back to a bed.

Has a full kitchen with 2-door refrigerator, large sink, microwave oven, and 3 burner propane stove. A custom countertop extension has been added for additional countertop space, as well as a removable shelf rack for easy access to often used items (be sure to remove it from the wall next to the dinette before bringing in the slide out!).

Nice slide out dinette that converts to a bed for additional sleeping options. Also has the outside kitchen with a griddle, prep table, refrigerator (only works when plugged in to shore power), & spray port!

The spacious power awning with LED lights and tilt function so you can direct where the rain runs off, provides shade on sunny days, while the outdoor kitchen allows you to cook and dine al fresco.

This unit has an additional solar panel installed, and converted to a lithium 170Ah (about 2040 Wh) battery, along with upgraded factory converter charger to work with the lithium battery.

Dry bath! Shower has a sliding shower door and is separate from rest of bathroom. Comes with a new, NOT YET INSTALLED, MORryde Suspension upgrade kit and Road Armor Shock Absorbing Equalizer Kit (which cost $470), and spare hot water heater anode rods.
