All the A/C’s work like they should.
The heat is both a gas heater and heat pump on the A//C and ducted thru the camper.
Hot water is a on demand gas fired
The cook stove is gas 
It has a convection oven micro hood combination.
The space above the drivers seats is a queen size bed, we removed it for storage but have it and will put back for the new owners.
The kitchen table lowers to make a bed and the front couch becomes a bed.
King bed in the bedroom.
The refrigerator is both electric /gas
Auto leveling.
Smart lock on the side cabin door
Drives great, pulls the car behind with no issues.
The freightliner chassis is well built and the Cummins engine with Jake brake and the Allison transmission moves it down the road, it weighs about 30,000 pounds
No issues to find a mechanic to service most don’t mind to work on this type of camper!
I have a tow dolly I will sell with the camper or separately.
