The Fleetwood Southwind 36T is a nice Class A motorhome designed for those who enjoy the finer things in life while on the road. With just 27,300 miles on the odometer, this vehicle is mechanically sound and ready for all your adventures. The Fleetwood brand is known for its high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, and the Southwind is no exception.

The living area is perfect for relaxing or entertaining, with plush seating and a large TV for movie nights. This RV also has a full working surround sound system, which makes movie nights special in the RV. This RV is over 20 years old and has had some recent upgrades. The 6 tires are brand new. It has a new household refrigerator to replace the old RV refrigerator and it works great. The bed has a new mattress and bedding. The dinette cushions have been replaced. Most of the interior carpet and pad is brand new. The sink has been upgraded with a household faucet and the sink plumbing has been upgraded to household PEX.

This RV runs and drives well. It is equipped with an electric / gas water heater. You can plug it in and you have nice hot water. The tanks and pumps are all in good shape. It has a brand new RV toilet, and the powered vent in the bathroom stall is new as well. The batteries have all been replaced and the RV has new sewage hookup and flushing gear as well. A full-sized cover is also provided for this RV. Lots of accessories will come along with this.

Things it needs. It will need to have the propane tank recertified, due to age and just a lack of use. The generator does not run and will need repair / service. I was going to replace with a solar battery set-up as most places won't let you run them anyways. There is a 12 volt electrical circuit out that is affecting some lighting. It was fine to take camping though. I would have that looked at by an RV repair specialist. I bought new LED lamps and will include those so you can upgrade them.

The RV is set-up for 30 amp power, and it comes with a nice long cord for hookup that stows in a compartment. Lots of storage on this RV. Over-all it is in good shape, it has some dents and bruises, but for a 22 year old RV, it is doing well.
