Was lived in full-time for about a year and a half. Everything works great, no leaks, no soft spots.
Some trivial issues, you can see in the pictures/video. The laminate floor in the bedroom has some tears, covered by carpet. The couch makes into a full-size bed, but the coating on the couch is flaking off pretty bad, it comes with a couch cover shown in the video.

Also comes with hitch, (2) 30-lb propane tanks (almost full), Mopeka wireless propane tank monitoring system, heated water hose, wheel chocks, leveling blocks, sewer hose, power cable and surge protector.
