One owner. purchased off lot in 2011. I have been camping with my kids (both now in College) every year for the past 14 years. We have camped on average 4 times a year and for as long as a week at a time. We prefer to dry dock but it is nice to use all the ameneties at a campsite, electric, water and AC. The camper fits in our garage and has "always" been stored indoors. Our family is tall (all of us 6'; making the two king beds essential) and it has been more than comfortable for our family of 4 but we have used it in a 6 person configuration. The camper has never been in an accident and I have performed regular maintenance throughout its life.
