Only used a handful of times. Stored indoors when not in use and during winters. Bought brand new/1 owner. Upgraded VIZIO televisions (and one added in the bedroom), new battery, Rockford Fosgate outer waterproof speakers, fireplace, kitchen island, awnings, electric leveling at hitch, and stainless steel water connections for easier no leak hook-ups. No known issues, everything is basically brand new and I replaced most of the cheaper plastic parts right away with more durable stainless steel ones. Fitted with a normal sized King size bed. 2 Large slides, one on each side for a massive living space. Sleeps 6 comfortably with the King size bed, couch that converts to a bed, and table that converts to a bed as well. Comes with 4 additional Huskey jacks for additional stabilization, 10k lb.
