-We need to sell due to mobility issues and need a travel trailer with less steps. Non Smokers.
-5th wheel is a discontinued model.  19k miles on it. 9k miles on the new 8k axles, suspension and hydraulic brakes. See photos for details.
-Solitude has been inspected for frame flex and passed against both Grand Design and Lippert specs.  We have documentation.
-5 new Cooper H Rated tires with under 50 miles.  Discount Tires added and have certificates. 
-Added 5 Slide Toppers.
- 2 batteries replaced with Interstate AGM batteries.  Installed a permanent trickle charger next to batteries to make non use time easy for lasting battery health.
-Installed shutoff valve for washer/dryer water lines to prevent stagnate water from smelling in the lines.  
-Installed an access port in the front side storage compartment for Starlink cable.
-Replaced manual recliners with electric recliner loveseats in the living room. 
-Replaced queen mattress with a Sealy Posturepedic mattress.
-Replaced struts in the under-bed storage compartment with stronger struts.
-Added a Tushy Bidet in the bathroom, that has a separate shutoff valve. 
-Added Fridge Fixer to the refrigerator to prevent opening while in transit.

The following is a disclosure of cosmetic or broken issues with the 5th wheel. Photos are included in the listing. 

-The roller shade over the side living room couch broke.  We still use it manually. 
-The couter top of the televator  began to lift on the from left corner. It has been secured via screws to prevent more lifting.  Also on the counter top on the right a candle jar left a spot. 
-The pantry door frosted decal has a few marks from products rubbing up against the door during travel.
-Puck light above the stove the lens is cracked.
-The inverter on/off button works but has a crack in it.
- Scratch in the bed ottoman.
