We purchased this trailer about 2 years ago, and have only used it 5 times in trips throughout Arizona. It's in good shape and ready to use! Has a new 30 gallon blackwater tank that was put in about a year ago. Tires in good shape, and included are 2 pretty new batteries as well. A couple things to note is I believe in being completely up front! There is a leak from the bathroom sink, and one of the windows doesn't stay shut (has some tape over it and has worked well in holding it in place. Of course, you could get it repaired! Heater/AC both working well. Electrical outlets working well. Both slides slide out without issues. Pictures are of the actual RV!
