We purchased this trailer about 2 years ago, and have only used it 5 times in trips throughout Arizona. It's in good shape and ready to use! Has a new 30 gallon blackwater tank that was put in about a year ago. Tires in good shape, and included are 2 pretty new batteries as well. Only thing to note that we have come across is that there is a leak from the bathroom sink. Heater/AC both working well. Electrical outlets working well. Pictures are of the actual RV!
