This is a 2013 Coachman Clipper single bed model (104GS). Everything is in working order and the canvas is perfect. No rips, tears or mold. It's just a little dirty from my RV storage. This little unit is fully equipped. Stove, fridge, water heater, cassette toilet, shower, big vent fan and stereo. I did upgrade the stereo to a blue tooth unit so I could stream from my phone. All lights inside are LED. The battery is brand new (Dec. 2024). It is an Interstate group 24 standard RV type battery. Front tool box is lockable. Tires show no signs of cracking yet (2019). The roof is braced and prewired from the factory for an AC unit, but one was never installed. But you could add one if desired. This trailer only has a 20 gallon fresh water tank. No gray tank. Toilet is a cassette (5 gallon). The bed measures 70"X75". Not quite a king bed. The box area is 12 feet long. I will be including the little Microwave oven I bought for this camper and the BAL leveler.

I just had the brakes adjusted and the axles lubed last November. It's ready to hook up and go camping this very minute. I will only deal face to face with a buyer, so local sale only. I won't ship. Clean, clear title in hand.
