We have owned it since 2018 and have traveled to see many national parks throughout the US. The RV is in great condition with many traveling features added. It has been cared for and has a book with travel and maintenance notes. Comes with a self made Users Manuel.

It has Diesel Cummins 380 Engine with 42K miles. Freight-liner chassis with 10k towing capacity. Runs great, quiet with lots of get up and go! No problem with the mountains.

The leather captain chairs are very comfortable, offer adjustments forward or back, up or down. There is a cover over the steps for safety!!!! The controls for moving the 4 slides, and viewing all of the tanks are in a cabinet above the driver and the entertainment cabinet with a DVD player, etc is above the passenger side. The first TV hangs behind the driving area.

The second TV complements the kitchen. The kitchen area has a long counter top used for many appliances. The double sink is very handy for washing and rinsing. A pull out stack of drawers offers additional work space while cooking. There is a pull out pantry along with more cabinets for canned goods, etc. Enjoy a very COLD, GE full size refrigerator with ice maker.

Lots of room for your family to sleeping well!! There is a select your number king bed, leather queen sofa with a pull out comfy air mattress and a leather twin size sleeper sofa. The dinette can be used for sleeping also.

The bathroom has two doors. One separates the living area with the other separating the master bedroom. It has a rounded glass door for the large shower, two bathroom sinks, one with the toilet closet and one next to the shower. The two sinks help with getting everyone ready for the day or night! Plenty of storage space for towels.

The master bedroom has a wall of drawers and a cabinet under the third TV. The wide closet has the long rod plus a flooring area for shoes, etc. There are hanging cabinets over the bed with reading lights.
A full size washer and dryer set is in the back corner of the master bdr.

The basement has 12 Pullout compartments and 1 smaller compartment.

The rv stayed in an air conditioned warehouse for the first 7 yrs and It has been under an RV shelter since we have owned it.
