Two-hour drive to saltwater beaches-- prime Gulf arts communities (west), or open-water Atlantic waterways, (east).

You can keep the 5th wheel stationary, (pay very reasonable monthly lot rental and vacation there), or tow it away when title is transferred. Tampa Airport is 30 mins away. This RV park management is terrific. Tampa is a great destination with lots of fun places to visit, sports events at the 2 lg universities close by (Univ of S.
