Selling our 2023 Surveyor 19RBLE due to health reasons. Original owner and only used once for 3-night trip. Non-smoker and pet free, this is a great couple's camper, but will sleep 3. I converted the stock permanent 60"x74" RV queen bed into a 60"x 80" true queen murphy bed. I also replaced the 6" single speed bath fan with a 12" 4 speed Max Air fan and I added a shelf in the rear storage that doubled the storage. Convection micro-wave, vacuum with attachments, outside griddle, tire pressure monitor, power awning (never used), slide-out dinette, plenty of inside storage and more. The spare tire is new and never on the ground. Stored under cover since purchase, everything works as it should. 23'7" long, 7' 6" wide, dry weight 4102 lbs. Fresh, gray and black tanks all 30gal.
