Very nice fifth-wheel, it was bought in 2023, and has only been used about 15 times. It is 4-season ready with heated tanks and a heated underbelly. We have camped in -5 degree weather. It currently has an Anderson Hitch, if you have a gooseneck, I will include it with the camper. If you already have a fifth-wheel hitch, I will take it off. I removed the table and replaced it with a sleeper couch for more sleeping and more seating. It has a table attached to the island that collapses that will seat 3 people. It also has 4 newer tires (roughly 6-8 months). This floor plan is great for a family because it has two larger bunk beds in the back with a bathroom. This unit also has solar, a 3000-watt inverter, a rear camera, and electric auto leveling,
