This gently used RV is currently owned by a mature non-smoking, pet-free couple. This trailer is 1/2 ton truck or SUV towable. The empty weight is under 6,000 lbs, tongue weight is under 700 lbs, and this sale includes the Reese load-distribution hitch w/ anti sway technology.

- It has a factory upgraded (15000 BTU) A/C.
- The oven has never been used, and the stove only a few times.
- It includes a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) with a remote display unit (for monitoring in the tow vehicle).
- Includes a 200W solar panel, and a 30A solar controller
- a 1000 Watt power inverter for using 110V power from battery.
- An integrated WiFi router that re-broadcasts a park WiFi or phone hotspot.

In addition, I have made a number of improvements to the RV as originally delivered.

2) re-configured the storage spaces to improve the size and utility. I have several pictures attached.
3) re-enforced larger shelving to prevent sags (pics)
4) build a custom sewer hose storage system (pics)
swapped out the 12V battery for a pair of deep cycle 6V batteries in series. The result is 12V with greater capacity than two 12V batteries in parallel.
5) replaced the cheap RV queen size mattress with a quality memory foam topper. (thin but very comfortable)
6) installed a slide topper to help keep the unit cool and the slide roof clean.
7) I replaced the analog RV thermostat with a home-style digital (pic).

The unit comes with a portable Grill that connects to the RV propane system, a small table that attaches to the trailer and a long table that is pictured in the photos

The specifications say it sleeps 4, but two sleepers are in the recliners. I had an occasional 3rd person, and they slept on a cot in the kitchen.
