This unit was a demo model used for shows. It is a 2018 with the 2019 paint scheme and one of four units with factory installed under body LED lighting and other demo upgrades. I have it listed below my payoff value, must sell fast.

2018 Dynamax Isata 5 35DB, with sleeping space for eight people, you will have plenty of space for your family in this motor home! This Isata 5 35DB motor home Super C diesel features double slides, and a set of bunk beds. Above the cab there is a bunk which can easily sleep two people. Along one side of the bunk you will find an upgraded 39" TV. To the left of the entry door there is a sofa and an overhead cabinet. Next to the sofa you'll find a refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker which will keep your perishables cold. On the opposite side of the motor home there is a slide out with a dinette. Adjacent to the slide you will find a three burner range, double kitchen sink, overhead cabinet, counter extension and custom back splash. In the side aisle bathroom there is a sink, toilet, and corner shower. You can enter into the bedroom from the bathroom sliding door. Across from the bathroom find a slide out with a set of bunk beds and a TV on the outside wall of the bathroom. After a day of fun in the sun, retreat to the rear bedroom where you will find a queen bed with RVMattress.com mattress and overhead cabinet, and on the opposite side of the room there is a slide out with a 32" TV. Outside enjoy the shade that the awning offers, as well you will find a 32" exterior TV, plus much more! Kelderman front air bags with auto leveling valves and a Viair on-board air system. The Isata5 came from the factory with 200w of solar power, but this unit has been upgraded to 400w. Two 300ah lithium, self-heating batteries and a 8k generator to keep you powered up off grid. New Toyo tires installed in Aug 2022, with an added spare tire that the factory does not provide. The outside storage compartments have carpet covered outdoor plywood to keep you gear from sliding around.
