We are the second owners of this Cedar Creek Hathaway 36CK2. It is in good condition and is located at Bentsen Palm RV Resort which is one of the best RV parks in the RGV. Out lot rent is paid through October of 2025. If you love pickleball we are right across from the courts in the park. We have a 55" Samsung TV with a sound bar and subwoofer. The fireplace is below the TV. We love the pantry with pull out drawers, lights and lots of storage space. There are newer lazy boy rocker recliners, Whirlpool residential refrigerator with double doors and a pull-out freezer. We have a desk in the rear of the RV for crafting or office work. Other amenities include a tankless water heater, queen bed, stackable washer and dryer, central vacuum, and lots of storage space below. Personal items are negotiable such as pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, mini refrigerator, grill, camping chairs, Wingate satellite dish with Dish network receiver among other items.
