Hi!! My name is Carol Koon and I am helping the owners of this spiffy little class c motorhome with marketing and sales. This motorhome is located at Belmont RV Park in Belmont MS. It has a clear MS title and is ready to go! It is a GREAT couples coach with the capacity to take folks with you - IF you want to. There are 8 seatbelts in this coach so everyone can ride safely.

In the hierarchy of Jayco, the Greyhawk is the top of the class c line. Meaning- the roof is all fiberglass. The front cap is seamless one piece molded and wraps around the corner of the coach which minimizes and mitigates the potential for leaks on that front cab, which is the most notorious place for a class c to rot out in the long run. The Greyhawk comes ably equipped!

This is a lovely 2022 Jayco Greyhawk 29MV in the ever popular Modern Farmhouse Interior Decor, which was by far the most popular interior decor for the year. This motorhome is also loaded out for the year model. Reference the link to the brochure for the coach, but this little fun vessel is loaded out with all of the good stuff.

The owners are selling because they have bought a lake house in Arkansas and have no need for the motorhome anymore. They love their motorhome but realize that it will absolutely serve someone better than it will serve them at this stage in their life.They are the original owner, non smokers, and have had pets.a fluffy little non allergenic low to no shedding sweet and tiny little puppy dog that did not harm the vehicle in any way.

When it comes to Class C motorhomes, Jayco by far corners the market. They have been building the Greyhawk line for a long, long time and they do it well. This motorhome has 2 slides on the driver side and which contain the theatre seating and the booth dinette in the forward slide. The rear slide contains the headboard. This motorhome has a fixed queen bed on the driver side- which is a big deal for people. If you do not like the three quarter folding mattress that many of today's class c motorhomes are built with then this is the motorhome for you. It has a queen sized one piece fixed non folding mattress. The Queen Bed measurement is 60 x 74. So, it is a "camper queen" which is as wide as a traditional queen bed but 6 inches shorter than the standard queen. And directly across from the bed on the Passenger sidewall is a bank of cabinets and closets with the television hanging in the middle of the wall. The cabinets and closets are sure to fit everything you need for a trip with ease.

In the living area, the slide on the driver side gives big floor space to move around without stepping on anyone. This model has a long kitchen counter, a stove and oven that haven't really been used, an undermount stainless sink with the dish drainer and cutting board that fit into the countertop to convert the sink to usable space, and plenty of plugs for your coffee pot and toaster and air fryer. The dinette makes into a bed and there are seatbelts located under the booth. There is a tv located on a swivel arm on the ps wall where the cabover bunk is located. The bunk itself is large, stretching wall to wall and is 60" deep, I do believe. There is a ladder and a curtain for privacy. There is also a nifty little kid keeper that Jayco includes to keep the kiddos from rolling off the bunk.

In the mid bath, the 30x36 shower located on the ps is sure to give you plenty of room and the separate toilet with medicine cabinet and lavatory behind closed doors on the driver side gives you privacy. There is a door that closes on the rear side and on the forward side, the toilet room door will open to block off the view from the living room and those two doors expand the bathroom to the width of the coach.

The only flaw, if you can call it that, is that we have lost all the wheel simulators. 3 of them are in the outside storage bin and the 4th can be gotten from Amazon or ebay motors for not much. But, odds are YOU will lose them as well if you reinstall them. That is why the owner just put them in the storage compartment.
