2022 MT 24TRX. Many upgrades/modifications. Custom built closet. Custom built TV lift station with electric fire place. Custom built mini closet originally intended for future lithium battery upgrade location. Added curtain system on both sides of the happi Jack rear bed. Added curtain system for front bed system. the factory ones are not great. Added exterior underbelly storage boxes. One pass thru with access from the sides. Another storage box added under the rear. These are not ware proof. We store things like the patio steps, ext. rug, leveling blocks, chairs etc. The toy storage area has never been used to haul anything besides bikes(1 time) kayaks (1-time). these are bolted on and could be removed. the happi Jack couch that was OEM is NOT included (sold as soon as we got the camper new) They were horribly uncomfortable. The Fridge has been replaced with a 120 volt household type fridge. It could easily be converted back to the LP electric OEM style. OR a 12vDC type. The Norcold OEM never worked from day 1 so we replaced it. We recently replaced the lighting under the rear bed with 3 brighter 12 volt brighter lights. Both factory mattress have been replaced with thicker more comfortable version. I built the modes in the toy storage area so that they could be removed if a future owner or myself wanted revert back to the factory size. There is NO chairs or couch included in the back. We use lawn chairs depending on what we are doing but a luv 65" would fit. We have had different versions of luv seats and couch's back there. This toy hauler comes with a 40 gal fuel tank and onboard generator. I also added a 30amp RV inlet inside the custom closet along with a manual transfer switch for the inlet so that we could use a power station to power the camper while under way/road side stop. Power station NOT included. This keeps the fridge running without having to run the onboard gen while driving down the road. If not needed it simply could be left alone and not used. 170 watt OEM solar panel.
