Minnie is 24 long, sleeps six (two of the beds are queen size with 4 foam toppers) and one regular size bed. There are 2 televisions, DVD player, a 3 burner stove with oven, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, a shower with a skylight, air conditioner, awning, screen door, 2 new coach batteries and lots and lots of storage. Included in the sale are quilts, a gorgeous shower curtain custom made to fit close to the sink, rugs, snap on curtain behind the driver and passenger seats for night time privacy and to optimize the heat/ac, a fire extinguisher, smoke alarm and a carbon monoxide detector, leveling blocks, a water pressure regulator for a hose to protect the RVs plumbing system and a surge protector to shield Minnie from power surges and voltage spikes at RV parks. The generator has run 1,235.4 hours.
The chassis is a Ford E 450, V8, 6 speed automatic, gasoline powered with 6 new tires and 65,531.5 miles. The exterior is in very good condition. Minnie passed Vas state inspection in May 2024 with flying
colors. There is a hitch for towing.
You can buy Minnie separately but if you want a car to tow I have a Honda CRV that Ive towed behind Minnie and it is also for sale.
The price for Minnie is $42,000 by itself or $51,000 with the car.
Also available are two new sets of interlocking multicolored blocks for an instant patio - $100 and two red zero gravity lounge chairs, used one time, for $99 each.
I have carefully maintained Minnie with regular checkups, washing and waxing the exterior and housing her under a carport.
