This is a RARE MODEL with the kitchen in the back, and seats 7 passengers safely with seat belts. Built on an E350 Ford chassis with a Triton V-10 engine.

Includes an 8,000-lb trailer hitch, gas generator, powered awning with integrated LEDs, and more (see the photo of the purchase invoice). Beyond the standard equipment, an exterior TV was added (total of 3TVs) and an aftermarket steering stabilizer was installed.

This RV is easy to drive and navigate through most spaces at just under 26ft long. It is an excellent choice for a tailgating unit or for weekend getaways!

Due to the unit sitting in storage for a long period of time, it has been equipped with NEW TIRES AND BATTERIES (including house batteries). Previous upkeep included: shower has been replaced, seals around the front windows replaced, and side boards in the cab were replaced. The RV is clean, the black water tank has never been utilized. Grey water tank utilized once.

You won't find a better deal with mileage this low!

A note about the canvas on the seats/couch: unfortunately, almost all Thor models made between 2014 to 2016 have this issue with the seat coverings, it's a known manufacturing issue among owners but there's no indication that Thor will recall or fix them. It a shame, yes, but we've managed with seat covers versus aftermarket replacements (which you could do, of course). Despite the vinyl, the RV has been well maintained and hasn't been abused.
