This IS the nicest older model Fleetwood Discovery that you will find. Recently remodeled inside.mostly painting and decor. Master stateroom in the rear with privacy door. Head with new toilet last year and washer/dryer combo unit. Galley includes 3 burner propane stove, propane/electric refrigerator, convection oven and plenty of storage. One driver side slide includes the dinette and jack knife couch.total sleeping for 4 adults and 2 children. Electric fireplace cabinet and TV included. Dash includes rear camera, Alpine stereo, hydraulic leveler, heated/cooled cup holders.

2 new starting batteries February 2024, 2 new house batteries July 2023. Roof resealed in May 2023.

Only issues currently are. Gen starts and runs but won't produce electricity. For now I am going to assume a capacitor. Electric steps in and out of the rv do not extend out and retract. I was told by the previous owner it is missing the other end of the magnet to energize the motor. The awning collapsed in a rain storm.I hope to get it fixed when the weather warms. Other then thatnothing else to note.

Brakes are fine.tires might have a few thousand miles on them. There are 2 propane tanks.one for the gen.and the other for the stove and refrigerator. Both full. The hot water heater has been converted from propane to electric.and works perfectly.
