Description

For Sale: 2022 Camp365 RV trailer (propane heat, hot water, and AC systems) $17,000 or best reasonable offer. Located in Chicago, IL. Title in hand (owned free and clear). No accidents or damage. Approximately 6K in travel miles. Sold as-is, but all included systems in working order. Bill of Sale and cashiers check to sign over title.

Selling a gently used 2022 Camp365 pop up camper. Super lightweight and easy to tow with small vehicles or EV (only 1,800 lbs). The camper sets up in 10 minutes and can be done by one person easily. Over 90 sq. ft. of interior space with 7.5 foot ceiling when setup!

Fits inside a standard garage when closed (a.k.a. travel/storage mode), but safe to store outside (aluminum will not rust or fade in the sun and is water/dust tight). Interior LED lights. Propane furnace and portable hot water shower system with 12 gallon fresh and gray water tanks. Air Conditioning (yep, it has air conditioning!) Fully aluminum exterior with dual-layer Aqualon air-gap insulation system (Aqualon marine grade synthetic fabric that is puncture resistant, very durable, wont fade or rot with sun exposure), marine grade waterproof flooring with marine grade snap-in carpeting (soft, durable, and easy to clean). Steel trailer frame that self-levels when setting up. The Camp365 has no plywood or other materials that can rot or get ruined with weather/water exposure. Fully sealed from the elements when in tow/stow mode and when setup for camping. This camper will come with a bunch of accessories that are perfect for the Camp365 but we no longer need (see accessories list below the features/options). We could easily sleep 4 people and 2 dogs.

Why selling: Our Camp365 served us amazingly well for a full summer of camping in 2023 and part of 2024 and we put roughly 6,000 miles on it over about 20 camping trips. Decided to sell as we wanted a camper with a built-in wet bath (we went with a Casita). For families who love camping and want a HUGE interior (90+ sq. ft. floor space and 7.5 ft. ceiling height) with both heating and AC, running hot water creature comforts, for hunters/fishers wanting a legit base camp, or off-gridders wanting a fully contained, lightweight camper the Camp365 is a champ.

Being off the ground, insulated, with both propane heat and AC, hot/cold running water, solar-ready, the Camp365 was a HUGE upgrade for us from normal tent camping (HUGE upgrade lol). We loved it and are sad to see it go, but dont need two campers for our current needs. Will happily see it go to the next family to enjoy!

Features and Options:

Camp365 N Package
