Hi and thanks for looking at my listing. My name is Carol Koon and I help people market and show their motorhomes to potential buyers. The motorhome that we are offering for sale is a 2021 Phaeton 37 BH with 9678 miles on the odometer and 256 hours on the Onan 10k Quiet Diesel Generator. Tires are original and dated 2220. The motorhome is under the second owner, he bought it at about a year or so from the original in-service date and it had 3900 miles on it at the time. The motorhome is housed at his shop and we will travel to his home to view it when it is time to look at it. Details will be given over a phone call. There is one little place under the windshield wiper that took a rock. It is contained with no spread at all and is in one of the photos in the listing.

This motorhome is owned by an older couple in Northeast Mississippi who used it to go to ball games and to short trips such as Sardis and Enid that are about an hour or so away from the home. One time he drove it up the east coast early in his ownership but since then he has kept local to the Northern half of Mississippi. This coach is in spectacular excellent used condition as it has been housed in the RVport at his home and it has been serviced at the Tiffin factory and at Bay Diesel in Red Bay on time, every time. The reason for selling is age, the couple is in their 80's and he is so scared that something will happen to him or his wife while he is away from home that he realizes that it is time to get out of the lifestyle that he and his sweet wife have enjoyed for so many years. Pride of ownership is so evident in this motorhome. It has been kept in the garage when not out at ballgames or camping. It has been loved on at the Tiffin factory. He is so proud of it and it looks like it did the day that he bought it.
