This has been a fantastic trailer for our family over the years as we bought it new. Easily towed as it only weighs 3,791 lbs empty. We had a receiver hitch welded to the rear bumper to be able to have a bike carrier while out camping. Sleeps 4 as the dinette turns into a bed. The rear bathroom is huge and has tons of storage space. Outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, and outdoor speakers makes you want to be outside enjoying the wilderness. Recent (last 2 months) work involved replacing the A/C unit and totally replacing the floor as the original linoleum split in a hard freeze. Total investment to get this back to "new", with new tires, was around $7000. Only asking $16,000 for it. All 4 tires have only about 70 miles on them and a brand new battery was installed yesterday. This RV is ready to hit the road!
