The Ac's both work and were just serviced. The fireplace and heater both work. The radio and speakers work. Everything is in working condition.

I have already reduced the price for her condition and the missing furniture and Bed. We put throws and blankets on the couch to hide wear. We had a bookcase in front of rear window. Bought at Walmart. Originally there were two lazy boy type chairs. The couch is a pullout bed. I believe the dinette table can be flattened for a third person but we have never used it.
