New tires and house batteries, exterior professionally detailed in 2024. I’ve owned it for 4 years and only selling due to limited time to use it. 36’ long. Drives great and easy to set up. Generator is strong and will run both a/c’s, washer/drier, tv’s etc all while cruising down the road. Inside has 2 tv’s, washer/dryer, power front windshield shade, electric powered bed above front seats, pull out bed, dinette bed, rv king in bedroom, double sliding doors to bathroom area, 2 a/c’s and much more. Outdoor sink, refrigerator, tv and shower with locking compartments all the way around. Awnings over both slide outs for added protection. Lots of sleeping arrangement options and tons of storage inside and out. The triton v10 runs strong and easily tows a car or trailer. Everything is working as it should. There are some spots on the couch where the outer layer is tearing/flaking (typical of rv furniture, can be covered) Some exterior decals have cracks and some usual wear.
