I removed the dinette and sofa to suit my needs. I retained all the parts and they can be replaced, or you can use your favorite dining table and sofa. The unit is currently dirty and I am working to fix everything, but any task you take on will certainly be given consideration. Three of the cargo doors have some damage. Also included is a Thousand Trails Lifetime membership. It is the Encore Elite plan which allows a 180 day booking window, 21 days in a park and park to park privileges. There is a transfer fee from Thousand Trails and approximately $50 per month dues. I stayed in parks for 2.5 years with only the monthly dues. During this time I traveled 4500 miles, but this is variable.
