Hello! I bought this RV brand new in 2023 as a temporary place to stay in the big city for work. My wife and I are about to buy a house and do not need the trailer anymore. This Rv is a beast. It has so much storage as you can see in the pictures. I have added many personal touches and shelves in the laundry room and bedroom closet. Here are some things that come with the trailer:

-washer and dryer combo
-$2500 genuine leather electric couch with center storage and charger ports
-upstairs Japanese gaming floor chair + LED lights
-$1000 exterior permanent lights around the whole trailer
-slide covers
-customs 1 inch insulation that fits in all windows for extra summer heat control. ACs barely run with this added touch. They are fully removable for extra lighting in the winter.
-on demand hot water heater with temperature control in bathroom
-lights and fan are fully solar. 2 solar panels on the roof that drop electric bill by 40%. (Ive tested that statistic)
- 2, 30 pound propane tanks. With nightly showers and cooking I replaced the propane every 5 months in the summer and 2 months in the winter with the heater on.

There is only one penny size scratch on the floor in the bedroom. That is the only things wrong with this trailer.
I hate to get rid of it but I cant afford the trailer and the house.
Trailer has been covered all of its life at the RV park.
