This one is easy to tow (we towed it with a Jeep Grand Cherokee) and easy to set up. Perfect for the person or couple who wants a dry, heated or cooled comfortable place to sleep, prepare a good meal and a cold drink, plus not have to wander outside to use the facilities in the middle of the night.

The kitchen offers a flush-mount cooktop stove, deep round bowl sink with updated kitchen faucet, cover for sink to extend counter space and a double door fridge freezer. Installed is a new back splash and magnetic knife rack. The kitchen booth has a new table cover and storage underneath the seats. It makes into a small bed.

The front queen bed has a new, super thick mattress, with storage overhead and hanging clothes closets on either side, with spots to charge your phone on both sides. Plus, lift the bed up for extra storage. With the updated premium mattress, we opted to for-go the murphy bed, filled it with lots of pillows and use it as a lounger, as well as a sleeping space. (No need to worry about making and unmaking the bed every time).

The bathroom in the rear features a shower, with hooks for towels, clothes that need drying and anything else needing to hang up. There are shelves over the toilet, a medicine cabinet w/mirror over the sink with another updated faucet and storage underneath.

Outside there is a full power awning with lights underneath, stable entry steps with a grab bar, an LP quick-connect system for an outdoor grill, front and rear stabilizer Jack's, an outdoor shower, TV antenna and solar panels on the roof. The camper has an RVIA seal. A few extras are the cargo rack, a spare tire, a new cover, plus all hoses and accessories for camping.

We foam sealed around all the faucets and pipes and add foam flooring in all floor cabinets and underneath the bed to keep the camper well insulated, warm and dry.

We have a generator available, to be sold separately or can be negotiated in the offer. With our kids being so far away, we decided a driveable made more sense, so this camper has to go. Can deliver within 150 miles for a fee.
